About Michelle

I understand what it’s like to feel unfulfilled, frustrated, and stressed out with motherhood all in the exact same moment. I’ve shown up to school drop off with a Kindergartener and Preschooler holding back my own tears, wondering what was wrong with me that getting two little beings out of the door was so hard.

After over 30 years of studying personal development (yes, I started as a teenager), I have lots of tools to share with you, so you can be the heroine of your own family.  I have a Masters in Psychology, an undergraduate degree in Human Development (with a minor in International Relations just for fun) and have completed the full curriculum for Coaching Training and have been coaching women and moms for almost 20 years.

I didn’t grow up in a functional home. In fact, I had a lot of childhood trauma to overcome and heal from which wasn’t easy.  My husband and I joke that we are “first generation functional”.  It has been one of my biggest goals to create a happy and loving family for my children and to also fulfill my mission to help other moms to do the same.

If you, too, are longing for creating an exceptional experience in your family, I’d love to support you on your path.  I promise that you will grow in being more uniquely you, have fun, and find the magic (even in the mundane parts of motherhood) together.

I live in Northern California with my husband (Mike) and two daughters (Samantha and Annarose) ages 12 and 10 and what often feels like my own personal zoo full of rescued animals.  I’m also a little obsessed with tea, the color blue and going on hikes with my dog.
